As a new appointed CEO for a Non-Profit Organization, Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council (“SPLC”), I have been very impressed with the team at Astute. Astute has been instrumental in transforming inefficient Accounting practices and systems from a prior firm to making it dynamic systems, implementing key processes and controls to mitigate risks and transparency in Finance and Operations for SPLC. The Astute team has very quick brought SPLC up to speed with cloud-based Accounting, document repository systems and Financial controls while reducing costs and redundancies.

As the entire world was hit with Pandemic, Astute came in for rescue and quicky adapted to SPLC’s new way of showcasing virtual conference. Astute team understood the needs and short fall of revenues and assisted SPLC to bring in additional funds through Government initiated programs (PPP & EIDL) to sustain operations.

Astute team is our Outsourced CFO and Finance team and assists us with all CFO/Controller responsibilities, including review of strategy, Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting and provide the expert advise in operations as well.
